Die oben angeführte UID wurde aus dem produktiven Firmenstamm von Kaufmann Installationen übernommen. GISA-Zahl sowie eine allfällige Firmenbuchnummer samt Firmenbuchgericht werden nicht geraten. Vor Aktivierung eines zahlungspflichtigen Checkouts muss außerdem belegt sein, dass eine für den entgeltlichen Betrieb und Vertrieb der Software passende Gewerbeberechtigung – insbesondere „Dienstleistungen in der automatischen Datenverarbeitung und Informationstechnik“ – aufrecht ist. Bis dahin bleibt der kommerzielle Checkout gesperrt.

Product boundary and responsibility
ChainMandate is the project and service name; SigFence is the decision-engine name. The service evaluates structured intents against an owner-defined policy. Core does not hold private keys, sign, broadcast, settle or execute transactions.
An ALLOW result means only that the submitted structured intent matched the evaluated policy and verified state at the stated time. It is not investment, legal or tax advice; not a promise that an action is lawful, profitable, safe or technically successful; and not itself an instruction or authorization to sign, broadcast or settle. A customer-controlled signer or other enforcement component remains a separate final control.
This description does not exclude liability for a defect in the contracted ChainMandate service. Contractual warranty and liability are governed by the accepted B2B Terms and mandatory law.
Contract status
Visiting this Site, reading its catalog or using an unsigned public demo does not create a contract. The Builder Terms apply only if an authorized business representative expressly accepts them in an activated checkout and receives a subscription confirmation. AI agents are technical users acting for the subscribing business; they are not independently treated as the contracting party.
